IPDC – Iberia Property Development Company (IPDC) specializes in investment management and real estate development in European market. IPDC was founded by a group of experts with rich experience in various fields, from real estate development, investment and finance to immigration all over the world.
IPDC’s main focus is on real estate and investment in Europe, with specific interest in fast growing real estate markets, as well as countries with investment regimes for residency status, such as: Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary, etc. IPDC seeks to oversee investment portfolio worth 100 million euro within 5 years of operation in the European market.

BRUCE GRIFFIN – INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Bruce Griffin is in charge of IPDC’s investment activities, especially in Greece, fundraising activities to implement investment projects. He is also the Principal and Director of the Atlantian group. Previously, Bruce was the Head of New Business at Juwai Ltd where he was responsible for defining and developing the business to business relationships across the group. In 2007, Bruce founded the Hong Kong based advisory firm Tresed Asia Limited, which focused on China cross boarder physical asset investment as well as trading of commodities into the Chinese market place. Tresed Asia Limited has advised a large array of clients including investment banks, private equity funds, State Owned Entities, institutional and high net worth Chinese investors. Bruce is an Australian qualified corporate lawyer. He practiced M&A and corporate advisory law in Australia from 2006 – 2009 with leading firms Gilbert + Tobin and Maddocks.
MR. JOAQUIM – PROJECT COORDINATOR
Joaquim Almeida e Silva oversees IPDC’s Portugal projects. He was a member of parliament in the Portuguese parliament. Currently, he is a technician of urban rehabilitation at SRU Sociedade de Reabilitação Porto Vivo, a company owned by Porto City Council. From 2011, he acts as Vice President of OET Conselho da profissão – Ordem Dos Engenheiros Técnicos. In additional, Joaquim has been President of Associação arquiteto Nicolau Nasoni since 2019.
MR. CARLOS- OPERATING MANAGERMENT
Carlos is in charge of operating manager of IPDC. His specialization in Accounting and Administration that helps to organize, manage and generally operate all activities of all projects. Carlos is actively deal with arising related affairs including construction, implementation, control and improvement of activities, processes and resources of the Project Department. We are lucky to have him who is the most valuable to the team.
STEFAN PAVLOV – INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Stefan is in charge of investment activities of IPDC in the region of Balkans. He has been an entrepreneur since 1994, driven by the challenges of developing new and exciting projects across different sectors in Bulgaria and around the world. Stefan has built a strong network of business partners and realized a number of real estate investment projects – including residential, commercial, and resort projects, attracting global operators like Vamed and Marriott. He is also co-founder of Devonian Capital.
