Iberia Capital & Partners, a subsidiary of Iberia Group (IPDC), was found in 2017 and specializes in fund investment management, real estate investment management, business services and advisory services.
With strong presence and local experience in Portugal and European countries, Iberia Capital’s management team has a proven track record of managing over €50 million AUM and deep global expertise in various fields including M&A, investment management, real estate development & management and immigration investment advisory.

ABOUT US

OUR PEOPLE

Bruce Griffin is in charge of IPDC’s investment activities and fundraising activities to implement investment projects. He is also the Principal and Director of the Atlantian group. Previously, Bruce was the Head of New Business at Juwai Ltd., where he was responsible for defining and developing the business-to-business relationships across the group. Bruce is an Australian-qualified corporate lawyer. He practiced M&A and corporate advisory law in Australia from 2006 – 2009 with leading firms Gilbert + Tobin and Maddocks.

Mr Pinheiro is in charge of Sales department at Iberia Capital and IPDC. He has 20+ years of experience in managing real estate sales, serving as Regional Head of Sales for various companies in Portugal. Mr Pinheiro also has experience in banking, import & export goods and overseas positions in Venezuela and Angola. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Commercial Manager

Joaquim Almeida e Silva oversees IPDC’s Portugal project. He was a member of parliament in the Portuguese parliament. Currently, he is a technician of urban rehabilitation at SRU Sociedade de Reabilitacao Porto Vivo, a company owned by Porto City Council. From 2011, he acts as Vice President of OET Conselho da profissao – Ordem Dos Engenherios Tescnicos, In additional, Joaquim has been President of Associacao arquiteto Nicolau Nasonu since 2019.

WHY GOLDEN VISA PORTUGAL?

Portugal Golden Visa program offers residency to non-EU citizen in exchange for an investment in Portugal. After 5 years, investor is entitled to apply for Permanent residency or citizenship.

Non-EU citizen needs to invest a minimum of 500,000 EUR in a qualified Portugal investment fund for at least 5 years in return for Golden Visa, a 5-year residency permit and visa-free access to 27 Schengen countries, together with his/her immediate family members.

Investor needs to maintain a very low stay requirement of 14 days for every 2-year period, the lowest among other EU programs

With an approval rate of 98.6% for all Portugal citizenship application in 2022, pathway to EU citizenship is nearly guaranteed for investors’ family and their descendants.
